On systems of reaction-diffusion equations with entropy structures:
analysis and large time behaviour

Abstract:
We discuss general systems of reaction-diffusion equations,
which feature entropy structures like detailed or complex balance.
We present recent progresses on the existence of global in time solutions
(renormalised, weak, and classical) and provide a comprehensive theory
of convergence to equilibrium via entropy methods.
