Solitary waves for coupled nonlinear Schrodinger equations

Abstract:
Coupled nonlinear Schr\"odinger equations have found considerable interest for many years, being motivated by various problems in
mathematical physics. We present existence results for vector solitary wave solutions achieved in the last years using variational and fixed
point index methods.
