Institut für Statistik und Decision Support Systeme Universität Wien JOB ADVERTISEMENT A Pre-Doc position at the Department of Statistics and Decision Support Systems of the University of Vienna is available. The applicant is expected to have skills in the field of statistics and stochastic and is willing to acquire more knowledge in optimization. The topic of the research leading to a PhD should be finance stochastic optimization (statistics and optimization). The master diploma in mathematics or statistics (with a strong mathematical background) is required. Maximum contract-duration: 4 years.
