please, allow us to inform you about 3 just open PhD positions in applied and computational mathematics for "Image In Life", new ITN Horizon2020 European project:

The positions are devoted to mathematical and computational methods for biomedical image processing and analysis.
Two positions are open at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava (STUBA), devoted to development of new efficient algoritms for segmentation and tracking of cells in 3D+time microscopic images and one is open at Tatramed Software company in Bratislava, devoted to efficient implementation of biomedical image processing algorithms.
The close cooperation with leading biology groups in Europe in the "Image In Life" project framework will guarantee the cutting-edge 3D+time microscopic data and the forefront PhD research. The corresponding income, by the rules of Marie Sklodowska-Curie ITN programme, is offered to PhD students.
